Laptop change background color at startup?

My laptop "Lenovo" crashed. The background color at the start was always green. Now I've got everything running again, except for the background color at "Start". This is now blue. White I can change the color to green. Green is better for the eyes. Please give me a tip.

Right click on start (bottom left) then on settings then on personalization and on colors, you can change all colors.
