Dell XPS 15 9500 startup problem?

I have owned a Dell XPS 9500 for about 2 months. Use it almost every day. This morning I wanted to start the notebook but it didn't work. The DELL logo appeared on the display (as shown in the picture) and the fans started audibly. Nothing more happened. Can someone help me how I can use my notebook again and what the problem is. LG
