New Dell XPS hangs on Windows setup, warranty?

I ordered a new 9570 XPS with 15 inches directly from Dell 2 weeks ago. Already when I wanted to set up Windows for the first time, the laptop has already hung up. In the following days it went on like this. I have no new programs installed and the XPS already hangs in the desktop view. Working is impossible with him. I have to constantly force shutdown by pressing and holding down the power button. After repeated reset to the factory state, the problem persists. Now it's even so bad that the desktop does not load anymore. I log in with my user account and the screen stays black. I can't reset it now? The laptop has the following data: i7 8750h, 16GB RAM, 1050Ti, Full HD without touch screen. Do you think Dell's customer support can help me with that? To be honest, I would like to have a new replacement device. Am I entitled to this or can anyone help me with my problem in general? For any helpful answer, I would be very grateful. Just bought a 2000Euro device and it's just scrap.

Without question, back to Dell. In the worst case, have 14 days return policy.

But the Dell service is TOP. They almost always find a solution in the customer's interest.

2 out of 5 PCs that I have are from Dell and even after over 5 years they have a really good service… It paid to pay me more money for a dell.

I have called the support now and they take it back without any problems. Generally, the support was very accommodating.
