I would like to buy the new XPS 15 laptop from Dell. Unfortunately, I have heard almost nothing about customer service so far. Since I expect to have to deal with one or the other with customer service, that's quite a problem. Has anyone made experiences? I would be particularly interested in experience reports from Switzerland.
I can only speak of Germany, but the requirements are not different. It will be similar for a global company.
So far I have only had good experiences, and was also once in a location for an internship. Customer problems were quickly identified and passed on to the appropriate departments. In fact, I haven't heard anything negative about customer service.
For me, HP is still the best.
