Screen just white?

Help! My laptop (Microsoft Surface Laptop 3) only shows a white screen and nothing more can be done. It can only be switched on and off. Not even Alt + Ctrl + Del works.

What can you do about it? Is that a virus? I installed an anti-virus program. I'm really desperate!

Hold the on and off button until the laptop switches off, then switch it on again and see what happens.

The BIOS is a graphical user interface that is supported by Windows. You can usually get in when you restart with ESC or remove.

You have to turn off the laptop completely. Then you press the delete key quite often and press the power button. Then a menu should come. If that doesn't work, write again.
