Why does not my mouse always work?

I have a LOGITECH M570 wireless trackball mouse for about 2 years.
But currently I have the problem that this is currently the habit of simply not working for a while.

The lamp is still flashing, but I can't do anything with the mouse and must also use the touchpad of my laptop.

Usually it will go back after a few minutes, or if I shake a distance.

Battery change brings nothing, switching on / off brings nothing, re-insert USB stick brings nothing.

Can someone help me?

But mouse wheel and "back / forward keys" do not work either.

Press mouse wheel 2x down.

So if I press the mouse wheel almost twice, should it work again? Then I try that out when the problem occurs again

Either your mouse needs a new battery or you need a new mouse. Indepe
