Cnc 3018 pro spindle motor does not turn?

Moin I've got a cnc milling machine (3018 pro). Now the problem is when I connect it to my computer, the spindle motor goes, and everything is wonderful. But when I connect it to the laptop in the garage, everything is programmed exactly as it is on the computer, the spindle motor does not work. Can anyone help me?
