I want to work with programs like, Sony Vegas Pro and Aftereffects. Which laptop would I need at least?

I want to work with a variety of programs, but I do not know so well. Apple is always very expensive and currently priceless for me… Any tips or suggestions?

At least a cheap laptop would be enough for 400 euro. However, the programs would not run fast then. What is your budget what you would like to spend and what is your pain threshold?

500-800 euro would be my budget.
