Which smaller laptop is good and 100 euro?

Have a maximum of 100 euro to buy a smaller laptop. My age is broken and I really need one. NO I do not buy for 500 euro because I have not even the 100 euro eigendlich but cheaper it will probably not give a new and usable laptop. I just need to create the document and go to the internet. But should be minimal Windows 7 so no Stone Age thing.

For 100 euro to find a NEW laptop, I think impossible.

There are various dealers who take back used goods, reposition and resell. Or lease the devices and then sell them back when they come back. But mostly not for "your" price. But since used anyway not come into question, I save myself to post links for you.

Used Thinkpad, Dell Latitude should be usable.
