Start Mac OS on Windows laptop with USB stick?

I'm thinking about installing Mac OS on my laptop, but I also need Windows every now and then, so I'm wondering whether it is possible that I buy a USB stick with Mac OS on it and off boats. Now my question is, how big must the USB stick be and is this as possible as I imagine it to be?

It won't work that way. You can buy a MacBook and install Windows on it, that would work.
