A friend gave me a PC as a present today, when we tested it on him everything worked wonderfully. There we simply connected the screen to the PC via vga and immediately had a picture. I then transported the PC to me and wanted to connect it to my screen via hdmi, but unfortunately my screen got no signal. To solve the problem I tried the cable on my laptop, it worked there, then I carefully wiggled the cable to see if a signal would come in at some point, unfortunately no. Then I slightly pushed the graphics card, on which the connections are, if it had somehow become loose during transport, then at least the screen stopped switching between analog and hdmi, so stopped looking for a signal, but unfortunately no picture. Unfortunately, I don't understand too much about PCs and I don't know what to do, can it be that the hdmi port has to be activated somehow?
If the card only has an HDMI connection, it should work unless it is defective, the card is already activated or not that the image is output via your mainboard if it has an image output
