Connected to my laptop, started iTunes and made the key combination. First pressed both volume buttons, then the off button. Screen turns black and then volume down for a few seconds. Have tried this several times, just as it is on the Internet, but nothing is happening on iTunes. Guess my iPhone is not recognized by my laptop
