Classifieds: How do I take an article back?

I made a mistake in the description of the article, so the resolution of the laptop was given higher than it actually is.

Now I'm in the process of reverse processing and the buyer wants me to transfer the money to him first before he sends the item back. Is he allowed to do that?

I would also like to insist that he first send the article back to me before I send the money to him.

I would say he can do as you agree. The error with the wrong product description was yours.

Either he keeps the part, you agree on a new price,

you drive money for goods or

you transfer his money and risk not handing over your property.

I would also like my money back first.
