How to activate Office 2019 plus?

I have a new laptop.

and after the first attempt I uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

Now you still get the message that activation is required.

The problem is that the message appears that the activation code is invalid.

I don't understand because the program runs fine and is activated on the other computer. I can log on to the Microsoft website, but I don't know what and where I have to change something in order to activate the program on the new laptop. I read here on the web that the problem is known, but got no further.

That your mail account activates it? You just have to register, nothing else… Start, otherwise buy again
