Since my Adobe programs take up a lot of space on my laptop, I wanted to ask if you could just put them on an external hard drive (and still use them on your laptop)? And if so, how can I get that over there? The Creative Cloud automatically installs the programs on the internal storage.
Have tried that, but as far as I know, not possible without further notice…
Yes, you can do that. Google and you'll find it.
I have with myself a hard drive in the PC ONLY for games one for data and again one for other programs. So yes you can do that without problems.
I have moved the pictures and the catalog to an external disk (3x2TB), with the support of Adobe support, since then it is pretty fast.
