She approached me about the fact that I broke her keyboard on my laptop when I was in elementary school, 2nd grade. The laptop I broke was the predecessor.
Back then I was in therapy with her for a few sessions, today (I'm 20 years old) again the first lesson.
I didn't know anything about it anymore and I said it like that.
How do you know what was more than 10 years ago? Can she bill me from 2007?

Why does she remember something like that from 2007.
She can't charge you anything at all because you were 7/8 years old at the time and therefore not capable of tort. In other words: your parents would have to be liable, but… Claims for damages expire after three years.
