Gpu fluctuations reason?

So I play games like csgo overwatch and Destiny2 and there I found out that my 3d resolution completely disassembles my laptop almost always 60 fps or more but it always comes down short violent fps drops always exactly half of the fps my gpu is about 60- 70% busy and then suddenly 100% the graphics card is about 90 degrees so it is very hot because of something else

I compared your card with a middle class card. Not even the latest. Even this comes to the 5-fold values of your card. Could the card just be too slow / bad? Otherwise, try updating the drivers or renewing the WLP
