I have a problem with my new Bmax y13 laptop.
I can't install this Windows Update (2020-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4592449)) because it freezes at 20% and nothing works. Even restarting does nothing.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be. Or a solution.

What your answer would be you already have 1909, so you don't need a 1909 anymore. Better to download the 20H2.
