Need help with the router. He is connected and receives, laptop synonymous directly connected via LAN cable, but I have no internet connection. Ipv4 stands for: connected; with ipv6 however: no Internetvebindung. Net availability is sometimes very slow or not at all. And by the way have already set router speedport config.

You are probably not alone, other users have problems. Could be a far-reaching disruption (Germany?) With the IPv6 (disturbed DNS server of the Internet provider?).
I would wait, or restart the router and PC.
