Laptop no longer connects to the Internet?

I reset my laptop to the factory settings and now I can't connect to the Internet. Rather, I'm shown that the laptop is connected to the WLAN when I start the Internet browser, however, only the website can't be displayed as if there was no connection to the Internet.

If I look in the properties of the wireless connection in the release center, the following is there: Ipv4 - Internet / ipv6 - no Internet access

Have relatively little idea of something and hope someone can help me.

Ipv6 is mostly irrelevant since most providers use ipv4. Do you have any other information?

Could also be a problem with your router that for some reason it doesn't assign you an IP.
