Ok, so apparently you have an XBox, and you are streaming its picture to your laptop (presumably via the Windows 10 XBox app).

First of all: The picture is not streamed over the Internet, but over your local network at home. So your internet connection has nothing to do with it. You can increase the transmission speed by connecting both your Xbox and your laptop to your router with a LAN cable.

It would be easiest if you simply connect your Xbox to a screen and not stream the picture over your network ^^
