I have a laptop (Windows 10)
The problem is only for 20 minutes the internet is not working properly.
I went to kinox. To watch a film after 5 minutes of watching the internet access was gone but I was still connected that happens quite often, which is why I waited 1-2 mins and the internet access was back, otherwise it was always like that I had internet again then the internet access was gone again. I rebooted the router and checked whether the cables were in the right place, everything was ok, nothing brought it, it was then gone again, then back there all the time, I did a problem treatment when the internet was gone and there was the dns server it can't be found that the desired dns server is wrong or not available at all
It's only on my laptop, on my cell phone, TV and other things, the internet works one-way free.
If the internet access is shown as connected, but it is not because nothing works, then it is gone all the time the same.
Can someone explain to me how I can fix it and if it works, the reason for it could be through kinox. To be?
It may be a hardware failure of the laptop, overheating 🔥.
