Little Fps despite good laptop?

I wonder why my laptop despite a good graphics card (1080), etc. Nevertheless, in games only 10 - 20 fps. Need urgently help!

Then you have to look in the performance settings only times, if there's selected for playing maximum performance. Then you'll see if the respective games make any use of the Geforce, or at the moment use only the integrated Intel graphics.
