Buy a gaming setup?

I have been thinking about buying a gaming set / PC for some time, as I fell in love with some games like Dead by daylight, Minecraft, Call of Duty etc. Via Twitch. I also like to draw digitally and buying a good drawing app on my PC would be much more worthwhile than on my laptop, which almost destroys itself with every new app xD. I would have many other advantages, which I could name now and theoretically I would have the budget for a beginner setup.

However, I have absolutely no experience with this topic and do not know whether I have to deal with it more intensively, also because many recommend assembling the PC yourself.

Now I ask you whether it would be a good idea to just give it a try and if so, whether someone could recommend a good set for beginners from experience.

Just trying it out, following the motto "learning by doing", can be a good idea but it doesn't have to be. This should then be practiced on somewhat older and no longer so expensive hardware. New hardware is too valuable for such self-experiments. In addition, you should read about everything that is in a PC, about connection options and slots and about the compatibility of the components. It is not just a matter of screws, a little specialist knowledge is also part of it. In order to assemble a computer correctly and put it together correctly, a little more is required and should not be confused with a Lego construction kit. I think a self-assembly attempt is nothing for a new PC, so you should fall back on prefabricated PCs or have one assembled by a professional. In addition, finished PCs are currently usually cheaper than building them yourself because of the extremely expensive graphics cards at the moment. Maybe you will find it here:

You can assemble a PC yourself without assembling it yourself. I would rather recommend that.

You can e.g. Take a look around on the side of Caseking or Mifcom and put together and build your own PC.

This is the standard tip that is still reasonable in terms of price, despite the current situation, this is always the one here:

When it comes to the monitor, what makes the most sense for you is just questionable. Either you take a monitor that is only designed for speed, or you choose a nicer picture that is also fast. That then costs something around 300 euro with wqhd 144 hertz

in general, as a questioner, you should always give an approximate budget.

Kr

It really doesn't get any more expensive, you shouldn't do that under any circumstances.

Nonsense. I put together a rather expensive PC and in the end calculated how much all the individual parts cost without assembly if you buy from the cheapest offers and found out that it's the same price +/- 100 euro. If you have no experience with the assembly, it is better to have it done with such expensive components.
