Touchpad not responding correctly?

The touchpad no longer works properly on my Medion Erazer X7841 gaming notebook.
When starting up, I can control the mouse with the pad normally. From the moment you can log in to your user account, the mouse stops working. Only the Bluetooth mouse works when logged in. But if I use 3 or 4 fingers on the touchpad, the touchpad works. For example, If I touch the pad with 3 fingers, the taskbar opens with the search function. 4 fingers and I swipe from right to left, a new desktop opens. In addition, the mouse sometimes moves on the desktop. 2 fingers don't go (zoom, or scroll).

The touchpad is switched on in the touchpad settings, even if a mouse is connected. Does anyone have any idea what that could be? I'm using Windows 10 Home

If the touchpad is from Synaptics, it should be able to be set to switch off automatically when a mouse is connected. Check it out. Windows 10 is divided from the settings and I only use it on my Surface so far…
