Who knows how to adjust my touchpad (HP notebook with Synaptics touchpad) so that the area for the left and right mouse button (the lower touchpad area) does not react to motions for mouse movement?
Problem is, I keep my left finger permanently on the touchpad in the left mouse pointer area. However, this causes the mouse pointer to jump when I want to move it with my right hand at the same time.
The touchpad is as big a continuous touchpad as the Apple laptops have.
I do not believe you can exhibit individual areas of the touchpad. I'm only aware of the thing completely exhibit. You should generally be just a finger on the touchpad so that it works precisely.
This is a more difficult task, you can either unscrew your laptop and simply clip the appropriate cables, or, probably a little easier, simply scour the settings of your laptop for the appropriate setting.
If you decide on the cable cap option, please note that you need to connect an external computer mouse to make the calculator operable. For example, you can find a good mouse here
Thought nice, but please read my question again
This works for other devices like a graphics tablet. I was hoping it would be answered by someone here who has tried it out before and can give helpful hints.
