But I would never buy a laptop for gambling, PCs are much cheaper with the same performance, last longer and can be upgraded.
Likewise, the battery life of these devices is often very low.
So rather buy a PC and a cheap laptop for university / work.

I would just time to compare the prices on miser. The best choice for a graphics card is a GTX 1060, available from 999 euro. 17.3 inches are anyway extremely impractical to take away, as would make a small laptop to work much more sense.
