1200 euro laptop?

My buddy wants to buy a gaming laptop and asked me for an opinion. But I can't say much about that because I have little idea about hardware. Nevertheless, I know that there's a better one for 1200 euro than the one he has currently selected.

Regardless of the price, isn't the display a bit small?
A large display is then already a tow top and is difficult to transport. Expansion possibilities for a laptop are also limited.
