You can easily install Windows 10 on it. You have to buy a license for this. Windows 10 is not free. And this is how you install it:
Download the Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website. So you can create a Windows 10 USB bootstick or download the ISO. If you download the ISO you have to burn it afterwards with this tool http://www.freeisoburner.com/ on a blank DVD.
Now boot the stick or DVD and follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to completely delete the hard disk / SSD. FreeDOS is gone. That should be done.
