Is Oculus Rift S jerky on my laptop?

I wanted to buy either the Oculus Quest or the Rift S. I have a gaming laptop with a GeForce GTX 1050 M with 4 GB and the processor is the Intel i5 7200 U 2.50 GHz. Does the Oculus Rift S run smoothly or should I buy the Oculus Quest?

There I can still play but it could jerky. Will it jerk a lot or should I get the quest?

Get the quest back then had a similar pc and tried it with the oculus rift there were stutters not every game was running and there were delays when i upgraded my pc it was perfect
