Laptop overheated after changing RAM?

I have recently expanded the RAM of my gaming laptop from 16gb to 32gb, but now the laptop heats up very quickly, especially when playing.
It is an MSI gp62mvr 6rf leopard pro and the new RAM chips are from G Skill ripjaws so-dimm 2400 (2x 16gb).

So I wanted to know if it was because of the chips or if there was something overclocked?

Ma

You already know that not every laptop is designed to be upgraded, but 16gb or net are enough?

Gy

There may be fewer beds on the RAM, the fans may be blocked or your laptop may not get enough cooling, for example. Not enough space between the fan and an object.

It can also be due to the age of the device (thermal paste) or that your laptop also generates more heat due to its age, for example. Games that need performance and your hardware can hardly keep up

Sa

Dusted when upgrading? New wlp on the cpu?

The more power in the system, the more heat

Laptop = small case = tight = badly cooled = gau.

Get a laptop cooler!

Wa

Yes good thanks. I then check out how I put a new wlp in this laptop

Wa

I produce music and some plugins just need a lot of memory

Wa

You always dust me off when I screw it on, but thanks with the wlp I'll check it out. But don't think it's mainly because of it

Sa

I personally don't believe it either. It always depends on the age of the wlp. Depending on the paste, it makes a bit of a difference, but the housing is primarily to blame for a laptop.

Wa

Yes, the thing is: before that, he didn't heat up so bad, so with 16gb. I also watched the max 32GB on the laptop still work.

Sa

Depending on the clock and volt of the new bars, this is the cause. More Tdp because more power

Or when the fan is not connected correctly when assembling?

Wa

Yes, the fan runs as usual. I'm of the opinion that it is due to the power supply or clock
