Why is my Minecraft running bad despite a good PC?

I have a gaming laptop:

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti
Intel i7 7700HQ 8th generation
512 GB PCle SSD
Windows 10

Despite this good hardware my Minecraft with Shader runs somehow badly.

There are no lags or anything, but the game is minimally dependent (if I sort items in the inventory or move the crosshairs), but only with shaders.

What could be the problem?

Have already updated the video driver and the Minecraft launcher in the Nvidia menu assigned the "Nvidia high-performance processor" (was this step right?).

It could be due to the shader if not then reset your Minecraft settings.

Quite normal, shaders are extremely demanding in Minecraft. Even a high-end graphics card does not come up with high frame rates.

In addition, a laptop usually gets very warm and thus limits performance.

What could be, is that you do not have Java 64 bit installed or too little RAM allocated.

Wait, I'll try…

You must not underestimate the requirements of minecraft with Shader. My pc is not bad either, but I can't play with extremely shaders. Maybe try a somewhat "worse" shader, they look nice too.

Java 64 bit is there, how is the other?

Ar

If this is really just minecraft with shaders I would almost say it's the "shader package" you use or the game has a flaw.

Maybe reinstall or try other shader packs.

If other games also laggen this can have many causes.
- such as. A full disk where your operating system is stored.
- or viruses on your PC
- or partially defective components (which is less the case)

I have, even the low fps shaders are so…

Unfortunately, it looks like the game is poorly optimized, especially when using shaders.

The hardware would be good enough for stable 500 FPS, but the graphics engine is so bad that you only get 50 FPS, or even less sometimes…

Have already tried many low FPS shaders…
