Minecraft doesn't work as it did before?

So i play minecraft on lunar client and had 40-100 fps because my laptop is bad. But everything worked. But for a short time my minecraft has been running at 0 fps and lying around, I've already tried everything: assign more RAM, use badlion or other clients, even when I start minecraft normally, so from the Minecraft launcher I have 0 fps. And I haven't changed anything on my pc and haven't downloaded anything. Lunar client is also up to date like my windows version. Can someone help me.

Try playing without a client and changing your graphics settings and deactivating autostart in the apps. If it's still not good see that you delete unnecessary apps and if it still doesn't work, uninstall all your Minecraft data and reinstall everything.
