I was looking for a 144hz gaming monitor for Ps4 and laptop and found one that is only sold in the USA. Now my question: how about Freesync and Gsync? I have a Gtx 1650, what should I watch out for? Can someone explain me in detail?
Gsync is for nvidia graphics cards and freesync is for amd grakas. But it is practically the same. You need one with gsync.

You don't need it. Only reduces tearing. Didn't find the feature essential at all because I have 2 144 hz monitors and one has freesync deactivated and the other on. The one with freesync definitely looks nicer. But that could also be due to the panel. I don't see any difference
