Would it be smart to buy this monitor?

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52-53RG.

I use it with another Hans.G. Monitor. This monitor has "only" 60hz. Now I've considered buying a monitor that has more Hz.

from 60 to 75 Hz is not a very big jump and you might not notice it that way, but I think it is very nice, is also slightly larger than my current one (which is important to me) and also fits my laptop.

The monitor has Freesync. But I have an Nvidia graphics card. Can there be problems because of this?

The description says that there's an LED backlight. What does that mean?

Is there anything else you should pay attention to when gaming?

(except response time, refresh rate, size and resolution)

I have the Acer Nitro VG 271 P… For half a year… I'm satisfied. The differences won't be that big.
