I'm thinking of getting this laptop because I've always wanted a laptop.

I've read a lot of reviews and the Medion Erazer does pretty well against others and is better than the Razer Blade
and now I would like to hear your experiences
You only buy a laptop to gamble if you are constantly on the move and there's no other way. You always have to consider that a laptop costs a lot more and offers less performance and also gets slower over time.
So if you don't necessarily need a laptop, get yourself a decent PC.
I haven't found anything to do with retrofitting additional mass storage devices, but I know that the HP Omen have the option, it's a bit more expensive but are great devices (have one myself):
