Is It Possible To Play Current Games In At Least Medium Graphics With This Laptop?

Sure, should even run on high settings.

Personally, I would buy a PC, because they are cheaper and better upgradeable.

I'm aware that a PC is always the better and cheaper option, but lack of space, I have to fall back on a laptop.
