Minecraft jerks without a shader?

I have a pretty good gaming laptop and always play Minecraft with shaders, but Minecraft jerks when I turn off the shader. Why is that so?

Maybe turn the render distance down. Does it only jerk at the beginning or then continuously? Wouldn't make sense to me
