Which shader for laptop?

I have nen hp psvilion 17 mitn nen i7 9th gene and the gtsx 1660 maxq and I wanted to ask which mc shader is best for this graphics card nen sildurs shader but war because only 30 fps high performance please help me

30fps is fluid, what more do you want? Shader are always a high GPU utilization, that can't be changed.
