Make Cyberpunk 2077 just a little smoother?

I have an Omen gaming laptop. 144 Hz, and I've recently started playing Cyberpunk 2077 on it. The only stupid thing is that it seems so greasy when I look around the game, somehow distorted. Does anyone know how I can make it even a little smoother with the help of the settings? Have the shadow quality turned down a bit, but what else can I do?

Turn off the motion blur

If you want it to be completely fluid, use the lowest settings. And for me, V sync often helps to make everything more beautiful, I don't know if it's just my imagination

Of course it depends on your graphics card.

It helped that I put everything on average.

I need around 80 fps if I want to play comfortably, so I did without the graphics.
