I'm thinking about buying a gaming notebook. However, there's so far in the desired constellation no test of my desired device. Only the predecessor model with an i5 was tested by Notebookcheck
So now I have the hope that it may have tested a PC or gaming magazine but there are many and all to write about and ask for a test for said desired device, I think makes no sense, especially if you do not know if they even gaming notebooks have tested.
So my question is which computer or gaming magazines usually do that again and again? Maybe even have the issue number of the last tests then I could directly look at the issue in the app read IT?

You only need to read the reviews of the consumers. Those who give two or three out of five stars are the most relevant.
