Also, two years ago I bought my first PC (gaming notebook) (Medion Erazer P7651: i5-8250u GTX 1050-4GB) (at that time around 1000 euro). I used it for gaming and video editing. All is well so far only now and 2 months before a repair (200 euro, where the motherboard had to be replaced) I have massive problems with the part. I can e.g. Play Fortnite on 1280x720 and the lowest settings at 50FPS (and every 4th second I'm down to about 20FPS) or a 7 year old game: I play GTA 5 on 1280x720 and all the lowest settings: exactly the same, only worse!

A mobile gtx 1050 won't be that great now

These are normal values for gta

And for fortnite too

Do you have a Geforce GraKa? Can it be that the onboard GraKa is used?

Au

It could be that the device is slowly running full! Try to free up a lot of space… And if you really want to have a good laptop again, save your data and then set up your laptop again!

I think it's because of the cooling, because I also have a Medion laptop. So buy yourself a cooling pad.

I've set it up many times

la

I've already

I would really have no problem with the values but the slumps really get on my nerves

la

Actually not because the 1050 is busy

bi

What kind of values did you have before?

la

In Fortnite Full HD medium settings: between 50 and 80 FPS but without the annoying drops

Ro

Then it should be due to the temperatures

Ri

Fortnite should run on FullHD in low to approx. 100 FPS, the TE has significantly less according to the question:

Let it go through on the laptop and post the link from the address bar of the opening browser window as a comment under the answer:
