Problem with Windows Audio?

I installed an Nvidia graphics card update today and nothing worked after restarting the laptop. First the problem was that the audio symbol was marked with a red x at the bottom right, then a message came up that Windows audio does not work, it could not be started either. After some googling, it worked and the Windows audio service could be started again. Now I wanted to try if it works again, opened a youtube video and heard nothing. No application is displayed in the volume mixer either, be it Spotify, Chrome, Discord etc. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek drivers. The microphone also doesn't drop out when you talk, the headset has also been reinstalled. I'm slowly running out of ideas about what it could be.

Try to downgrade the driver back to the other version should that work
