Playback always stops automatically. What to do?

I have the problem that playback regularly stops automatically on my laptop. Regardless of whether it is YouTube, Spotify or anything else… It always pauses automatically after a few seconds. Have already changed the virus protection. Without success. I'm at a loss.

Have you ever checked your internet connection? If the movie loads slower than it plays, the device has to keep waiting for more to load.

What sometimes helps:
