Ubuntu Wi-Fi + Bluetooth problem?

I recently got a (older) laptop.

Now I have installed Ubuntu daraf and everything is super!

My problem is I connect via our Wi-Fi (2,4GHz) to the internet.

However, as soon as I connect via Bluetooth my JBL Flip 4 speakers, the Wi-Fi connection is still displayed, but no connection to any server (not even home network [except for Fritzbox, but not on fritz.bix but 192.168.178.1]) possible. Once I disconnect via the settings, the Wi-Fi works again without problems.

This is not a disturbance of the Internet that it is only this computer affected exactly when the JBL box is connected, I checked with a second computer, I let both connect to our Wlan launched on both a ping request on http://www.google.com/...google.com and was waiting. I got identical results from both, then I connected the JBL box with the Ubuntu computer, then there was a timeout on the Ubuntu computer while the other laptop happily pinged on.

(The problem occurs only with this computer with other devices if the box is connected there are no problems)

Are there any known bugs or software that solves my problem?

This is a known problem, WLAN with 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth (works well at about 2.4 GHz) at the same time does not work properly. Some devices still provide a parallel WLAN connection, while other devices have severe problems.

Use Wi-Fi in the a or ac standard with 5 GHz or make Bluetooth completely, if you need WLAN.

If you want to run both Bluetooth and WLAN at 2.4 GHz at the same time, changing the WLAN channel (please use only overlap-free channels 1, 6 or 11) in the router could somewhat alleviate the problem. You have to try out which WLAN channel 1, 6 or 11 works best in your environment (yes, you have neighbors that also have WLAN).

First of all, really thanks!

And yes, I have already thought of something like that. However, I now know a solution! Because I have exactly one day ago (exactly from when the problem existed), the Wlan channels all changed (several Fritz boxes in a mesh interconnected for large coverage). If I put them back, it should work normally again.

I write my experience after channel change even as a comment!
