I'm currently on vacation and am a long time on the laptop and working on my trade, but for days my eye is bleeding, but only on the right. What does that mean? Normally, I'm also more than 10 hours a day on the PC (office work) - but currently have a strange sleep pattern

This looks more like a conjunctival irritation / inflammation. Probably due to the long PC work.

Overworked eye. Too little blinking (highly focused on the screen) goes away after a few days of abstinence. Conjunctivitis can't be excluded.
