White arrow disappeared on the laptop?

I came across some keys a few days ago and since then I can no longer control the laptop or only very badly because the moving white arrow is on. Does anyone have any idea how to get it back?

Change mouse pointer in Windows 10

Open the start menu and click on "Settings".
Now click on "Devices" and select "Mouse" on the left.
Scroll all the way down and click "More Mouse Options".
In the new window select the "Pointer" tab…
Confirm your selection with OK".
