I reset my laptop with Windows 10.
Now the error message appears: The computer restarted unexpectedly or an unexpected error occurred. Windows installation can't continue. Click OK to restart the computer and run the installation again.
If you press OK the same message comes up again and again.
I haven't made anything beforehand and a Windows installation CD was apparently not included with the laptop.
Is that it with the laptop now?

If you come to the shutdown menu by right-clicking on the Windows symbol, you can restart the Win10 recovery as follows:
Go to the shutdown menu and while holding down the Shift key + select Restart> After a while: Troubleshoot> Reset this PC> Select your option…
Which option did you choose?
Did you choose the "local installation" or "cloud download"?
Unfortunately, I only see the first loading screen after booting up.
Then you will probably not be able to avoid a classic Win10 installation.
