So I'm looking for a laptop! Not notebook (right junk equipment) which may cost approximately up to 650 euro. So a really good one for the price. Not much for a laptop but that's all I can spend. And maybe you know how much the office package costs about. So with Word and Powerpoint etc
I bought a Lenovo laptop, only cost 400 euro and I also use for school. The price was mega good for the product, have been around for 1-2 years and is still usable for the school.

Laptop and notebook are just two words for exactly the same thing, do you mean netbook? That would be the often rather low-power devices that are intended primarily for surfing and bisl Office, but not really to work or even gambling are needed. If it always depends on what exactly you want to use the device, you do not want to gamble with it, the said 650 euro are usually more than adequate.
An office package costs nothing, Libre Office etc are free, I come for example. Alright with Google Docs, you do not even have to install anything.
