Laptop shows no internet connection after resetting the network? Which setting is required?

My laptop is connected to the WLAN cable and my internet box and the internet connections of my neighbors are no longer displayed.
In the Windows settings I want to search for my home network and nothing is displayed to me. Until yesterday everything was ok. After the network has been reset, the entire setting is gone. Can someone help me? I come here after Googling and try not to continue several times and am desperate.

Is the laptop now on the WLAN or on the cable?

Is the network adapter still listed or did it remove it when you reset it?
